Face Shape AI ("the App") is published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Data We Collect

The App collects the following data to provide its core functionality:

• Photos: When you take or select a selfie, the image is uploaded to our AI processing service for analysis. Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• Analysis results: Face shape classifications, scores, reasoning, and recommendations are stored locally on your device.
• Preferences: App settings (theme, notification preferences) are stored locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• AI Processing: Photos are sent to our backend server which forwards them to an AI vision model for analysis. Images are processed in real-time and not retained after analysis is complete.
• Cloudflare R2: Images are temporarily stored during processing. They are automatically deleted after analysis.
• Google Play Billing: Subscription purchases are processed by Google. We do not have access to your payment information. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: The free tier displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Ads Policy. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

3. Data Storage & Security

Analysis results and preferences are stored in a local database on your device. Photos are transmitted over HTTPS encryption. We do not permanently store your photos on any server. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party. The only data that leaves your device is:

• Photos sent to our AI processing service for analysis (not retained)
• Standard network requests to Google Play for subscription management
• Ad requests to Google AdMob (free tier only)

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• View all stored analysis results within the App
• Delete individual results from your history
• Uninstall the App to remove all data permanently

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
